I paid for plants 13th January, bought via Facebook ad, paid instantly with ApplePay; no one delivered the order, I sent few messages via WhattsApp; after 10 days waiting for my plant I asked for refund, they stopped replying on WhattsApp. Wellpottedplants, why you ignore customers! After 2 weeks of correspondence, I still have no plant and no refund

If there is a zero star! If there is a zero star. I would like to use it for this review. Horrible customer service. I have made an order of 2K, and until today 11 days the order have not been delivered. Who ever is in charge of Customer service, has -3 skills in communicating. When you call they will not respond to the call. When you text on whatsapp they will get back to you with one word after few days. Now, am chasing them for cancellation and refund, and will spread awareness to those who care to buy plants not to come closer to these scammers.

SCAM Company - AVOID SCAM! Do not buy from these. We ordered a 2ft tree, they sent a 3ft one. Never ever sent the exchange like they said they would. Ignore all whatsapp messages and never read them and respond. Had to get my husband to contact them and they replied to him straight away then started ignoring him. They miss sold the tree giving wrong and vague care instructions. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. We have been advised by DED to report them to the police as it’s classed as cyber crime - everyone needs to do the same thing. Il be doing it.
