Scammers Scammers, sent bug infested plant and then don't pick up phone or answer messages

Highly recommend !!! 👏👏👏👏 I recently ordered a variety of plants from WellPottedPlantsae for my office in Dubai Media City, and I was very impressed with both the quality of the plants and the efficiency of their delivery service. Bought plants Monday afternoon they delivered next day and each plant arrived in good condition, carefully repotted with free pebbles. Thanks so much!! Can’t wait to order again

The worst service The worst service. Not replying to any calls/messages. I have purchased an expansive plant and still haven’t received it after 8 days. Feels like total scam.

If there is a zero star! If there is a zero star. I would like to use it for this review. Horrible customer service. I have made an order of 2K, and until today 11 days the order have not been delivered. Who ever is in charge of Customer service, has -3 skills in communicating. When you call they will not respond to the call. When you text on whatsapp they will get back to you with one word after few days. Now, am chasing them for cancellation and refund, and will spread awareness to those who care to buy plants not to come closer to these scammers.
