I paid for plants 13th January, bought via Facebook ad, paid instantly with ApplePay; no one delivered the order, I sent few messages via WhattsApp; after 10 days waiting for my plant I asked for refund, they stopped replying on WhattsApp. Wellpottedplants, why you ignore customers! After 2 weeks of correspondence, I still have no plant and no refund
