Great gifts! I have been getting dog portraits from Pet Creatives for gifts for several years. It's always a huge hit. The quality is amazing, and holiday pricing is great! I need to get portraits of my own dogs one of these days.

Bought a portrait for a small family… Bought a portrait for a small family member for Christmas. Looked great through Email, but received the wrong portrait the day before Christmas. I notified Pet Creatives of the mistake and they acknowledged and offered to send a replacement if I sent them a photo of the received portrait. I sent them a photo of the received portrait and they never got back to me. Been about a week and a half. I didn't spend 126$ for this kinda service. I'll change my Star review when I get my portrait.

Working with Pet Creatives has been one… Working with Pet Creatives has been one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time. Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses. The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with. The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.

Excellent customer service & product Excellent customer service. They reached out to ask my opinion on the product before printing and manufacturing. Then when I suggested edits, they quickly came back with a perfect product that looked just as wonderful in person as it did online. Customer service was very attentive, responsive, and quick. Great experience all around and the person receiving the product as a gift absolutely LOVED it - they even asked where I got it from so they could share it with someone else! Great job to the team behind this!
