Two perfect orders! I had ordered portraits last year for our two dogs and just ordered another this past month since we adopted a third. All three personalities and quirks are captured perfectly and displayed in our front entry. Everything from the initial order, to the updates, the timely turnaround, the communication and the quality of the product is no less than 5 stars!! I have recommended you to everyone!

Perfection This is something I would NEVER typically do - but I did it, and now I want to do it again for the rest of my dogs! I purchased the middle size, which really I think is necessary, as this sort of royalty needs girth! I ended-up changing my mind on the actual costume during the edit, and Pet Creatives was patient and wonderful with me. Delivery took a bit of time, but I live way in Northern Canada, so that's just my normal.

They went out of their way to produce a custom print of my friend's pets that they absolutely adore. This is SUCH a great gift idea for friend's or relatives, including those who "have everything".

Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses. The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with. The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.
