NZShipping keeps being delayed Shipping keeps being delayed. Every day they say it will take one day longer. When you rely on it for dog food delivery, this is unacceptable. Ended up just having to go to sammykittenshome which I find out to be the best highly recommend SAMMYKITTENSHOME

GBExcellent customer service & product Excellent customer service. They reached out to ask my opinion on the product before printing and manufacturing. Then when I suggested edits, they quickly came back with a perfect product that looked just as wonderful in person as it did online. Customer service was very attentive, responsive, and quick. Great experience all around and the person receiving the product as a gift absolutely LOVED it - they even asked where I got it from so they could share it with someone else! GBWorking with Pet Creatives has been one… Working with Pet Creatives has been one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time. Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses. The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with. The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.
