Customer service was wonderful to work with and made two corrections I asked for promptly, keeping me informed and presenting me with updated photos. Of the many people that have seen this picture, at least three are planning to order for themselves. Makes me wish I had more than one pet!

I ordered three different portraits for my wife's birthday. They arrived within 1-1.5 weeks and they are perfect. I sent a description of each pet and their mannerisms, and the designers did a fantastic job of capturing their quirks. My wife was thrilled and we are looking for the perfect place to hang them now. Packaging was very adequate for keeping the portraits safe and the quality seems to be very good. Will definitely recommend Pet Creatives and use them myself again in the future when needed.
