When they sent us the photos of the finished artwork, it didn't look exactly the way my husband and I imagined it. GBNo frame and solution was not provided Product came with no frame, you basically transferred the problem to me and you were not able to referral someone around Miami that could provide me a solution. I still was not able to use the painting. John you answered me now you have frames .. but you are a still just thinking on your company not in the customer. What I expected at least is your referral to companies that provide frames around the place I live. You are not helping to solve the issue. This is not motivating myself to buy again.. not even referral your company. Don’t you have a list of contacts around Miami to referral ??

DEI was quite disappointed after… I was quite disappointed after purchasing from another online gallery. After bad experience, I didn't want to order from any other supplier. Thankfully, my friend who had a positive experience with Montfort encouraged me to order. I was included in everything, right from the start, so I knew at all times where is my painting at.
