When they sent us the photos of the finished artwork, it didn't look exactly the way my husband and I imagined it. The one thing you should know if ordering a custom painting is that you can't request a refund if you don't love it - which did made us hesitant but we had high hopes we will like it. Fortunately, it did look amazing (except we requested minor changes to it, which were done). When the painting arrived, it left us speechless...
