I browsed their website for days and ended up ordering 3 paintings. Customer service is amazing, shipping was quick and within a month and a half from ordering my pieces were framed in my home. I was impressed by the texture and the quality. The artist did a fantastic job!

There is one piece...one of my personal favorite (and my clients')... PATCHY. It just works beautifully with the current trends. Delivery is fast, I would say. Their customer support is always attentive and responsive. I've never had any issue.

No frame and solution was not provided Product came with no frame, you basically transferred the problem to me and you were not able to referral someone around Miami that could provide me a solution. I still was not able to use the painting. John you answered me now you have frames .. but you are a still just thinking on your company not in the customer. What I expected at least is your referral to companies that provide frames around the place I live. You are not helping to solve the issue. This is not motivating myself to buy again.. not even referral your company. Don’t you have a list of contacts around Miami to referral ??

Our order was a custom made painting of… Our order was a custom made painting of our dog. The one thing you should know if ordering a custom painting is that you can't request a refund if you don't love it - which did made us hesitant but we had high hopes we will like it. Fortunately, it did look amazing (except we requested minor changes to it, which were done). When the painting arrived, it left us speechless...

The customer support is really professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The painting came secured. Overall, a great experience.
