No frame and solution was not provided Product came with no frame, you basically transferred the problem to me and you were not able to referral someone around Miami that could provide me a solution. I still was not able to use the painting. John you answered me now you have frames .. but you are a still just thinking on your company not in the customer. What I expected at least is your referral to companies that provide frames around the place I live. You are not helping to solve the issue. This is not motivating myself to buy again.. not even referral your company. Don’t you have a list of contacts around Miami to referral ??

I asked a co-worker about a painting I… I asked a co-worker about a painting I saw at her house, and she recommended art by Montfort. I browsed their website for days and ended up ordering 3 paintings. Customer service is amazing, shipping was quick and within a month and a half from ordering my pieces were framed in my home. Placed my order about a month prior to… Placed my order about a month prior to a family gathering I had planned. I wasn't satisfied with the photos of the painting they sent for preview, so they had to continue working on it. However, due to the extra time they needed to complete my painting, it arrived too late, leaving me with a huge empty wall for the family gathering.
