I browsed their website for days and ended up ordering 3 paintings. Customer service is amazing, shipping was quick and within a month and a half from ordering my pieces were framed in my home. GBNo frame and solution was not provided Product came with no frame, you basically transferred the problem to me and you were not able to referral someone around Miami that could provide me a solution. I still was not able to use the painting. John you answered me now you have frames .. but you are a still just thinking on your company not in the customer. What I expected at least is your referral to companies that provide frames around the place I live. You are not helping to solve the issue. This is not motivating myself to buy again.. not even referral your company. Don’t you have a list of contacts around Miami to referral ??
