I've ordered three custom pieces from them, all received within 3 weeks. Yes - their customs ship from China (as is the case with almost all other paint by number companies)- but CBN is very transparent about this, and their shipping timelines. All of my packages have arrived in good condition, and their products are all very high quality. Buy with confidence!

Highest Quality with Superior Customer Support This is my third order from CBN. There was a small issue with the canvas so customer service walked me through a fix. When that didn't work, they promptly replaced the canvas and even included an extra set of brushes. I am thoroughly enjoying painting Two Nautch Girls. No other site offers this design. The paints were incredibly creamy, neither too thick nor too thin that it's transparent. The canvas is smooth and the weave of the linen is tight, making painting a very pleasant experience. As always, this company is quick to resolve issues. I have been recommending CBN in my paint by numbers groups and will remain my go to source for paint by numbers.

Fixed the problem right away, looks amazing I received a custom made painting of my cat and the colors were off. I contacted the company and Redj was very helpful. He worked with the artists to create a more accurate color palate. It looked amazing. This is my new hobbie and I love it. Very happy with Canvas by Numbers.

I thought the product looked very nice I thought the product looked very nice. It dose seem like there might be a small crease in it. Waiting till I paint it to see if it is going to affect the actual finished product or not. Overall it was easy to get my replacement product after the first one was lost by the USPS.
