Stellar Customer Service Customer service is second to none! The Canvas by Numbers team really goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience from start to finish. I've ordered three custom pieces from them, all received within 3 weeks. Yes - their customs ship from China (as is the case with almost all other paint by number companies)- but CBN is very transparent about this, and their shipping timelines. All of my packages have arrived in good condition, and their products are all very high quality. Buy with confidence!

Every aspect of this kit is very high quality. Materials are very high quality. Love the creamy quality of the paint. The extra mapping of the picture is very helpful. I am 80% finished with the painting (Zodiac) and it is really beautiful. Already thinking about my next order.

Super fun product, really enjoy Great product, so much fun and so awesome that it comes all together. I do custom pictures so I have a gift when I’m done! They’re challenging but really enjoyable to do. My only suggestions would be that a) you show someone what their picture looks like rendered into paint by numbers bc sometimes they look weird and b) include a map with numbered template so you can refer back to it. Highly recommend these!
