Do Not Buy - Poor quality - Inaccurate Reproductions This company produces inferior, poor quality, inaccurate products. Do NOT BUY from them, if you have seen the original pieces or want something that accurately represents them. The prints received were printed on inferior canvas (essentially translucent) the color balance was incorrect and garish (I have seen the originals). I contacted the company to request assistance. They responded with a request for photos, which were sent promptly. Customer service failed to respond to repeated attempts to contact them for over a month. These are not German quality. I purchased same artists' work, as canvas reproductions from other companies and the results were excellent to outstanding.

LEGIT!! i've been coveting the gigantic metropolis movie poster that angelina jolie's character, kate libby, has in the 1995 movie HACKERS, for at least a decade. after looking for it online for years i finally saw it for sale on art prints on demand. unsure of the website's legitimacy, i emailed them to make sure the print wouldn't look like a 6 foot jpeg, they were super responsive and answered my questions and went a little above and beyond to make sure i was going to be happy with my purchase. like, they forwarded the contact info for the actual printing company that makes the print who sent me a photo of a print sample. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! i waited for a sale, which they have super frequently. shipping was quick and the poster looks far better than i was expecting. like i can't speak for all their prints but it's a gorgeous offset print. no visible digital compression. insanely reasonable price. the libby-fication of my living room is complete. thank you, art prints on demand dot com.

Highly satisfied. Recommended. - Perfect quality. - Production and delivery much faster than expected. - Overall very satisfied with this product, as well as the others I previously ordered at the same provider. Thanks to the team! Christoph (Germany)

Fantastic Sorolla El Bano del Caballo print. I ordered the El Bano del Caballo by Sorolla (The horse's bath) and there was a problem with the template but they resolved that in a very amicable way and the canvas print is so bright and clear, almost three dimensional. And the frame work is very neat and solid. I couldn't be happier. This is a company dedicated to make their customers happy, I'm going to order more from this company. Recommended! Hans

Solved my problem after delivery I am editing my review, the customer service reached out to me and offered a fair solution to my order. I really value this and appreciate it and changing my review as resolved with 5* I will purchase here in the future! ---- Original review: We placed our order (16064094834842619) in the event "buy 1 get 1 free". The website preview had an error claim the stretcher to be included. After the payment, I received an email to check the order for errors and to respond if an issue is found. I noticed the issue I immediately left 10+ emails/calls/call messages requesting the issue fix/cancel my order. No one picked my phone next days, no one responded to my messages or emails up until next Monday 5 days later that it has been printed and is being shipped with errors! After negotiation they let me make another order to replace this original order but for the "FULL PRICE" this time 100 USD more and smaller size. ------- Quality 5* Customer service 5*
