As the Office Administrator, I deal with the issues first and take the larger problems to the boss but not before contacting CEDR to get their advise on the matter. Then when I present the issue, I have logical, legal, objective, advise to present to him along with the problem. Keeps us both happier.

GBGreat but getting a bit expensive. As your prices increase, the amount of value that we think we're getting for the money spent is decreasing. Granted, our office hardly calls in for help, but curious if you could price your service differently for those who don't call in as often. That would help. Otherwise, one more fee increase and we may have to consider HR advice elsewhere.

GBEXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We have had great service from CEDR. The usual turnaround for hr requests is 24 hours but if I have a hot potato, they get back to me very quickly. Their people have been nothing but professional and have proven to be a great resource for us. We consider them valuable partners in our growing company!
