We paid for likeness of our dog, it was not satisfactory and expressed that after the preview, but they shipped it anyway. Totally not what we wanted,a waste of money with no recourse.

Just don’t Just don’t. It’s a great idea but they clearly have generic dog prints they use and maybe at best use a little AI to generate the images from what you send. But you get no proofs to review, and their customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money. You can probably just upload a photo into an AI generator and get that printed on canvas. I wish I had done that!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The product is poor in quality- I’m told the items are hand made and that’s the reason the canvas is “floppy” and loose. Not the fault of the seller but the postman delivered to an are of my home where it sat in the rain- so between the terrible product and then getting wet - this company would not refund and didn’t offer to “redo”. Said it clearly stated NO REFUNDS in their policy- The picture I selected was abstract and it looks nothing like my dog- DO NOT RECOMMEND!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Scam, They claim I ordered a digital copy of my choice. What good is that to me? I thought I ordered a 12x14 canvas, and that the digital copy was a mock up of the actual product. After numerous emails, and responses about heavy snow, large deliveries and shipping delays, I can hardly believe they have the audacity to claim it was a digital purchase only. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and hope others have as well. So frustrating.

Just received our portrait Just received our portrait. Love it! It did take some time to get but their customer service kept confirming that the portrait was on the way!! I stayed in contact with them and sometimes I wasn’t all that kind. I apologize for that. They were pleasant and professional.
