SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Scam, They claim I ordered a digital copy of my choice. What good is that to me? I thought I ordered a 12x14 canvas, and that the digital copy was a mock up of the actual product. After numerous emails, and responses about heavy snow, large deliveries and shipping delays, I can hardly believe they have the audacity to claim it was a digital purchase only. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and hope others have as well. So frustrating.

No Quality Control or Scam. Too bad. Good Idea. The idea is brilliant (pet paintings from photo), but the application is terrible. My nephew’s white Jack Russell dog just died and I wanted to gift him a painting as a memorial. I uploaded multiple photos of his dog & selected a background. What I got was an image of a long-hair white terrier (not even close), however, the background was correct. No quality control or Scam.

Only one star because it won't let me… Only one star because it won't let me leave zero. This is trash. From the time I placed the order, the communication was awful and the pieces I received were junk. Already mentioned below were the tube with sticks in it with no instructions for assembly. The "painting" was terrible. I tried to contact them when the image was generated and only got an auto reply about being on vacation. Don't waste your time or money. This is ridiculous.

Complete SCAM!! Complete SCAM!!! They don't return emails, and after a month I received an AI cartoon of my pet, which looks nothing like the photo provided. When I asked for a revision, I was told they don't offer such a service even though their website clearly stated otherwise. I'm disputing the charge with my CC as this is most likely a shady business to collect deposits and not deliver on their customer orders.
