GBFantastic Service 😁 As a person doing human resources for a security company getting 100s of calls a day 7days a week I had to look for a virtual receptionist to work alongside me as I get too many calls to deal with myself when I'm in meetings or site visits or events and not able to pick up the call meaning the caller was going to voicemail a lot of sense taking on incus I have not missed one call day or night and also they will do all my calendar entries my confirmation with new staff to remind them the day before there interviewing my lone worker checks as well as text reminders and callbacks to rearrange interviews if I've had to run off on emergency no matter what you're onsite receptionist does they can do it it too and most of the time a lot better meaning you're saving money paying out on holiday pay sick pay pension and for other receptionist to cover that one receptionist time off off so would the amazing deal they offer you you are saving thousands of pounds each year ear so don't look no further then them and I can fully say this after using around 10 different companies they where so much or so cheap and didn't do half the things or as well as Rachel and her team do here at incus Charlie Total protection management 0800 009 6794

JMGreat experience working with Incus My team were getting inundated with a large volume of calls due to COVID19 and our medical practice had a lot of non-urgent enquiries that did not need a medics attention, but still had to be triaged. We did the “test-drive” with Incus, and they just got it. Our calls were answered, and our nursing team were back doing their duties rather than tied up on assisting with calls.
