JMGreat experience working with Incus My team were getting inundated with a large volume of calls due to COVID19 and our medical practice had a lot of non-urgent enquiries that did not need a medics attention, but still had to be triaged. We did the “test-drive” with Incus, and they just got it. Our calls were answered, and our nursing team were back doing their duties rather than tied up on assisting with calls. Happy with the service
