Great price, easy to order, fast delivery I was looking for Grohe kitchen faucet spout replacement. I googled and found ConsumersPlumbing's website. Their website is easy to use, and their price is way better than Grohe's own website. USPS delivery was no frill. I purchased the Grohe faucet twice, and I will not buy another warranty is getting worse. Thanks goodness for ConsumersPlumbing for making it tolerable, so I don't need to be bothered by calling Grohe's customer service.

I needed a replacement part for a Grohe… I needed a replacement part for a Grohe shower fixture. While my current equipment is discontinued, there was a part that will work perfectly. The first offer was order a part that would be available in February.....OR search for other secondary market stock ....OR we have this item in stock......I went with the one in stock to avoid additional delay and hassle. Pleasantly surprised Ordered several products and realized I had ordered a product in error. I returned those items ordered by mistake. I assumed I would be charged a restocking fee, but was pleasantly surprised when I wasn’t. I received my refund as soon as they received my return items!

Still waiting for delivery… Still waiting for delivery notification. 2 weeks after promised date Ended up canceling order after notice of further 2 week delay. Obtained direct from Grohe for about same price. Received 5 days after placing order.
