Cast Iron registers Cast Iron registers The ordering went fine and Tammy did a great job , but the delivery service was horrible . waiting for 3 weeks for the terminal to call with a delivery date . kept saying they would get back to me tomorrow . I guess tomorrow never comes . All in all we are living in difficult times and I understand . Other people have worse things to worry about .

Furnace Works Great The furnace I purchased was sent very quickly from their location. It arrived in my area by LTL within two days which was confirmed by tracking. I waited a week for a delivery call. I finally contacted the LTL and set up a delivery. The skid arrived the next day without damage. The furnace was installed and works great. Consumers Plumbing did a great job getting the product shipped, it was the local LTL that I felt dropped the ball on shipping.

Great on line service ,always kept… Great on line service ,always kept informed when heater will be shipped & arrives. Picked up the heater today & the guys were well professionally with service , box was in great shape not like other carriers I’ve seen , keep up the great work & I’ll definitely use consumers supply again. On-time delivery On-time delivery, appears to match our faucet; just hope that when it gets installed, everything fits and it doesn't leak. I'll be sure to notify of a change of review if it does, although that would really not be Consumers' fault.

A superior experience A superior experience - this company is fantastic. My internet order was filled the same day and shipped! (It delivered early too!) I had a question about the shipment on a Saturday afternoon, (almost 5 pm in Chicago) and Kenny in customer service returned my e-mail within an hour of sending it! This will be my first stop for plumbing fixtures in the future.
