Only one drawback is the support team was not prepared to tell me exactly which holes in the carcass slides should be used to avoid drawer interference. The instructions are vague, and there are 10 possibilities for holes.in the carcass brackets. Too much trial and error will wear out the plastic nut inserts, The problem can be easily fixed with a revised drawing or a note on the website.

GBRaffi was amazing to work with! Raffi was amazing to work with. He is kind, attentive and an overall great person. Our cabinet design was a lot of back and forth and Raffi was patient and helpful. Once ordered our cabinets arrived in good time, well packaged and went together easy. Our one small hiccup, some missing connectors, was quickly solved and the pieces were in the mail the next day and received the following. You can't ask for better problem solving, ownership and customer service than that. Thanks, Raffi!!!!!

The delivery team is exceptional with the communication and arrival time and care in delivering your cabinets. IMO, they are the best resource for RTA cabinets on the Los Angeles area. My last order was over three years ago and I was helped by the same team then as I was recently... Says a lot about the company and the really good people who work there. I always felt like any concern was addressed quickly and fully. I will be purchasing another full set of cabinets this summer and I already know that I will be taken good care of and not to mention some of the most competitive prices on the internet.

GBQuality Cabinets at Great Prices Overall very good experience with my kitchen cabinet purchase. After my initial bulk order I realized I needed a few additional trim pieces, so I emailed the salesman directly instead of using the online order process. The response was usually a day if not two days later. That could have been due to the fact I did not use online ordering or it could have been the time difference between my Eastern Time Zone and theirs being Pacific.

GBI thought I was getting boxes ready to… I thought I was getting boxes ready to install for 7k. 9 boxes in total. I basically got over price IKEA cabinets in lacquer euro. Very poor assembly instructions with the 700lb pallet of cabinet pieces to assemble. Never received the installation instructions. Of course damaged pieces from shipping causing delays. Total nightmare assembling 90 boxes and getting rid of all the boxes.
