Raffi was amazing to work with! Raffi was amazing to work with. He is kind, attentive and an overall great person. Our cabinet design was a lot of back and forth and Raffi was patient and helpful. Once ordered our cabinets arrived in good time, well packaged and went together easy. Our one small hiccup, some missing connectors, was quickly solved and the pieces were in the mail the next day and received the following. You can't ask for better problem solving, ownership and customer service than that. Thanks, Raffi!!!!!

I thought I was getting boxes ready to… I thought I was getting boxes ready to install for 7k. 9 boxes in total. I basically got over price IKEA cabinets in lacquer euro. Very poor assembly instructions with the 700lb pallet of cabinet pieces to assemble. Never received the installation instructions. Of course damaged pieces from shipping causing delays. Total nightmare assembling 90 boxes and getting rid of all the boxes.

Every piece was beautiful and fit well Every piece was beautiful and fit well, so I would buy again. Only one drawback is the support team was not prepared to tell me exactly which holes in the carcass slides should be used to avoid drawer interference. The instructions are vague, and there are 10 possibilities for holes.in the carcass brackets. Too much trial and error will wear out the plastic nut inserts, The problem can be easily fixed with a revised drawing or a note on the website.

Couldn't be happier! Choose The Cabinet Spot! Couldn't be happier with my new modern kitchen! I would give them 10 stars if I could. My kitchen has become the center of the house and everyone LOVES it. The whole process was of choosing and buying it was smooth and professional. Vic really knows his craft and my kitchen proves it.
