Here are all the reasons we are so glad we choose this company: • Products came with all the parts needed to install. • The towel warmers are well-made and the components are of high quality. • They work! Not only is it nice to use a nice warm towel, but heating them after use is reducing the dampness in the small bathroom. The motivation for writing a review however, is the customer service. My emails were answered within 24 hours or first thing the next business day. I had to exchange one of the items; that was executed promptly. Totally impressed.

Overall happy with the purchase Product shipped promptly and was packaged well. The product appears to be of good quality. The installation was fairly easy (it took some time) and it looks good.
