High quality products and great… High quality products and great customer service. We ordered three towel warmers. Here are all the reasons we are so glad we choose this company: • Products came with all the parts needed to install. • The towel warmers are well-made and the components are of high quality. • They work! Not only is it nice to use a nice warm towel, but heating them after use is reducing the dampness in the small bathroom. The motivation for writing a review however, is the customer service. My emails were answered within 24 hours or first thing the next business day. I had to exchange one of the items; that was executed promptly. Totally impressed.

Shipping was very fast Shipping was very fast. The rack we bought could use more bars and be longer to accommodate larger bath towels to heat evenly. Other wise, we’re enjoying the product.
