Very nice looking product The towel warmer looks very nice. I am sure it is size as advertised— but It is too narrow to drape a bath towel over in any “neat” way, Even folded in half. That is not their fault. I should have folded a towel and measured it before purchasing. It is a solid piece. It certainly looks a lot better than others I saw on display at big box stores. This looks like an art piece on the wall! I looked for a long time to find a longer one that had adjustable heat dial I have to read instructions about the dial because it should have. variations for temp but so far I just figured on and off. I had this installed as part of a remodel so I have to find where they put instructions!! It was packed very well for shipment. Ends up they delivered in alot of snow and box fell over and got buried in snow—- but all was fine and actual product was well protected.

I had a question about the electrical… I had a question about the electrical connection, so I called the company and an actual person answered the phone. It may have even been an owner. They answered my questions quickly. Delivery was fast too.

Here are all the reasons we are so glad we choose this company: • Products came with all the parts needed to install. • The towel warmers are well-made and the components are of high quality. • They work! Not only is it nice to use a nice warm towel, but heating them after use is reducing the dampness in the small bathroom. The motivation for writing a review however, is the customer service. My emails were answered within 24 hours or first thing the next business day. I had to exchange one of the items; that was executed promptly. Totally impressed.

I have no problem with the product but… I have no problem with the product but I need to return it and no one responds to my emails 🤷‍♀️ Turns out they did respond very promptly…. I always forget to check my spam… so my bad!!!!
