We put it in use and it seems to work well. If you are looking for something like this I would give it a try.

Not only is it nice to use a nice warm towel, but heating them after use is reducing the dampness in the small bathroom. The motivation for writing a review however, is the customer service. My emails were answered within 24 hours or first thing the next business day. I had to exchange one of the items; that was executed promptly. Totally impressed.
