About imarku

iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

I recently placed an order that was… I recently placed an order that was lost. The company made good on getting it to me before Christmas, even thouoh I contacted them just 5 days before. Top notch customer service and my husband is excited to try his new knife.

IMARKU'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH ! Imarku's Customer Service was top notch ..... I purchased a set of Cookware from the company, when the pkg arrived, it was missing the Stock pot. I reached out immediatly to Imarku, presented photos of the pkg and explained the issue. I am happy to say that Imarku's Cust. Serv. was very professional and courteous at resolving the issue. Missing pot was received at my address shortly after arriving in their warehouse !

Took my money but no product and company doesn't anwer phone or emails I have not received any product but you charged my credit card. Because you use Shop, even though I filled in new address info, it populated with the old. I was unable to edit my order even though it had not been processed. I could not tell from the order detail if the pan had a honeycomb bottom. The phone # provided on a email is fictious. It does not have a business answering message and no one ever picks up. I have no idea what the status of my order is because imarku will not respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB to resolve.

Great product! My husband bought me the 3 piece cast iron skillets for Christmas. I loved them so much that I placed an order for 2 more sets for my daughters birthday which are in the same month. They had a free knife with your purchase but it was only letting me get the one free. I contacted customer service and ask could I get a free knife for the other daughter and they shipped it to me. Great pans! Great customer service!
