GBI love the Imarku knives I purchased I love the Imarku knives I purchased. The first I bought is the 8" chef knife. I recently bought the santoku knife, the boning knife and the pairing knife. Each is excellent and a pleasure to have in my kitchen. My old and tired knives are gone. I also bought the folding knife sharpener which does a great job of keeping them sharp and is much easier than a wetstone. Great for cleaning my cast iron pan is the stainless steel chainmail scrubber. There was a little mixup with my order and Imarku was very responsive and corrected the mixup. These comments are the reason for my five star rating. They deserve 10 stars out of 5!!! Robert

GBNo customer service No customer service. 5 knives at 3 diff purchases and you cannot reply? No problem, I resolved with Amex. Never again and I liked your product; too much BS with an issue. Typical business model for companies like this. NO REPLY THEN DENY HOPE THEY FORGET.

GBWe ordered a set of knifes from the… We ordered a set of knifes from the Company website. Order status was communicated well and quick. Shipment arrived as planned. The knifes and block are good quality. We had an issue with a knifes handle having tool marks. We contacted Imarku and quickly resolved the issue with their friendly customer service. A new knife was sent and everything is great.

GBA Delighted Customer Initially my knife set arrived with a block that was damaged in shipping. However, Imarku promptly shipped a new replacement block via 3-day Priority Mail, and even threw in a free knife sharpener with it. I'm a delighted customer now! The knives are high quality and razor sharp out-of-the-box. The cast iron nonstick 3-pan fry pan set is of excellent quality too!

GBWrong Item Received Out of four (4) items ordered, one (1) was the wrong item. While ordering the Serrated Bread Knife 10" with the Pakkawood Handle, the item received was of different design, with "riveted" different wood handle. Contacting Customer Service by phone was no use, contacting by email was successful. The item in question has now been promptly delivered. The hassle of this order was not about the value of the knife, but executive time wasted to get it replaced. All items are fine and good looking, considering Made in China.
