Their customer service go above and beyond to help their clients, I tried to find a set of knife with decent price, the imarku team keeps sending me emails till they found what am looking for and the also sent a gift with it. I truly get a piece of mind.

Satisfaction guaranteed I am so happy with my beautiful knife set and sharpeners. It wasn't the set I ordered, but I am happy and satisfied with the quality of wood and service. I no longer have to worry about having a dull knife or scissors ever again. Imarku customer service was outstanding and kept in touch through my whole knife process. Thank you so much!

Wrong Item Received Out of four (4) items ordered, one (1) was the wrong item. While ordering the Serrated Bread Knife 10" with the Pakkawood Handle, the item received was of different design, with "riveted" different wood handle. Contacting Customer Service by phone was no use, contacting by email was successful. The item in question has now been promptly delivered. The hassle of this order was not about the value of the knife, but executive time wasted to get it replaced. All items are fine and good looking, considering Made in China.

Impressed! The knives are beautiful and work very well. However, the block had a crack in it. I emailed customer service about it and sent pics. They could not have been nicer about it! They immediately sent a replacement and kept me informed about its journey all the way until it was on my door step. And after that, they emailed me to make sure it was perfect. Very impressive company and customer service people! Thank you for a very pleasant experience! You are awesome!

Master series 7 inch santoku knife Have several imarku knives never a disappointment did I really need the master series santoku knife probably not but glad I got it. Love it finding uses for it every day Imarku knives cut well and hold their edge for the price well worth it.
