About imarku

iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

Thanks Imarku team! I never reviewed before, but this time I would love to review about this wonderful customer service with imarku! Their customer service go above and beyond to help their clients, I tried to find a set of knife with decent price, the imarku team keeps sending me emails till they found what am looking for and the also sent a gift with it. I truly get a piece of mind.

I just got my non-stick pot set after… I just got my non-stick pot set after getting the stainless steel one. I actually started with their 3- cast iron pan set from Amazon to give it a try. I was satisfied with it, then tried their paring knife from Amazon,too. I was so impressed that I ordered a knife set, now from their website,and fortunately was on sale and got free stuff. They have free lifetime warranty, too! I just had to follow-up though with the free stuff because they're sent separately. Anyways,their products are of good quality at reasonable price!

Master series 7 inch santoku knife Have several imarku knives never a disappointment did I really need the master series santoku knife probably not but glad I got it. Love it finding uses for it every day Imarku knives cut well and hold their edge for the price well worth it.

IMARKU'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH ! Imarku's Customer Service was top notch ..... I purchased a set of Cookware from the company, when the pkg arrived, it was missing the Stock pot. I reached out immediatly to Imarku, presented photos of the pkg and explained the issue. I am happy to say that Imarku's Cust. Serv. was very professional and courteous at resolving the issue. Missing pot was received at my address shortly after arriving in their warehouse !

Satisfaction guaranteed I am so happy with my beautiful knife set and sharpeners. It wasn't the set I ordered, but I am happy and satisfied with the quality of wood and service. I no longer have to worry about having a dull knife or scissors ever again. Imarku customer service was outstanding and kept in touch through my whole knife process. Thank you so much!
