I forget her name right now, but she was a real sweetheart about everything my thanks to her and your company really appreciate you.

Worked with a customer service person… Worked with a customer service person named Brittany. She went above and beyond making sure that my concerns and needs were met highly recommend the Sacramento location. They are well stocked and very knowledgeable.

It was quite the fiasco to get my… It was quite the fiasco to get my purchased meat slicer, but what made it all worthwhile was the store representative Joe, who stayed in constant contact with me and went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, he needs a raise!

Cook Sent wrong plates..called and they resent the correct ones..sent label.and I was able to return. Easy pizzy..
