Insufficient packaging One mug of 12 arrived broken because there was no packing material between the mugs. All else ok. Mugs are exactly as advertised and shipping timely.

Now it has past the delivery date by 10 days and the customer service could not find out what is the reason. At this point, I may just cancel and get my money back. Giving the wait time is this long and unknown, I can easily buy the same product at much cheaper price. I paid this higher price because I needed it urgently.

Great service Great service, they really pretty attention to detail. I had placed an order and had the wrong lids for the containers I was purchasing. I was contacted within hours of placing the order, asking if I wanted to get the correct lids instead. They took care of everything, and my order arrived timely with the correct lids.
