I forget her name right now, but she was a real sweetheart about everything my thanks to her and your company really appreciate you.

Very happy I only needed 2 dozen bowls and you sold them in units of 1 dozen. Other vendors made you buy in units of 3 dozen. Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

Customer Service is non-existent after sale I reached out via email to Cresco to get a RMA and I never got a single response. What kind of company doesn’t respond to emails regarding ordered in this day and age. Never going to do business with a company that is all about selling with no customer service.
