GBMoved in with junk empava appliances Moved into a rental. Empava oven and stove. Total junk. Stove had a broken door seal. Unable to find a replacement anywhere other than “one” from eBay for 80 dollars. Contacted Empala multiple times with no avail. Send us twenty dollars through PayPal they said. I asked for a part number and would be happy to buy the part. Never happened. Questionable. Now the overly complicated stove won’t turn on. Total junk. At least have parts available and decent customer service. There are a lot of brands I would prefer not to purchase but they are looking great compared to empava. Junk,junk,junk!!!

GBMake sure the fire is big enough to get to 600 degrees. My first attempt only got to 300 As a Woodfired Bread Baker told me, make sure you sit in front of your fire and watch it at first, preferably with a glass of wine, to learn about its quirks before you put any food in it

GBLove this oven We replaced a working 1980's 3/4 size oven with this new one, and are very happy with it. The only thing is that it shows a temperature less than what was input, but the food is cooked to perfection. Will recommend to anyone. Beautiful product, in addition!!

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! Received notifications every step of the way as far as tracking. Also received my orders very quickly. One came damaged and I got with customer service and they took care of my order very quickly and got me a new one sent right away. Highly recommend!

GBOutstanding quality! The Empava appliances are outstanding! Excellent quality. The shipping was quick considering mine came cross country. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. Value is spectacular. I'm very pleased and will return for more ( wall ovens, pizza oven and wine fridge).
