We have addressed any issues that have come up and they have done absolutely everything to accommodate us. My dad absolutely loves soaking in the jetted tub, so relaxing. Thanks to all involved. Bath renovation It was a pleasant experience from the start working with Raphael on the plan and my vision to the contractor Laziz making my vision a reality. The workers always arrive on time. They worked constantly all day until they have the job completed!! The workmanship is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the end result!!

Quality of work and materials were very… Quality of work and materials were very good. Shower looks great and a big upgrade from the cheap fiberglass shower we hade. So much better than traditopnal tile. Kyle and crew where very careful not to damage our hardwood floors and tile leading into the master bedroom & bathroom. The team also cleaned up well as it gets very dusty and messy to remove old shower and install the new. The only issue was I had to reachout to our sales person and comfirm our installation day (the customer shouldn't have to do that). Also, we were told it takes a day to complete but the reality is it takes a day and half.

The salesman completely miswrote our… The salesman completely miswrote our order. Things were not explained well. Tons of miscommunication! The dry wall was poorly done. Entire walls were supposed to be removed, only went partially (half way). Installers tried to satisfy us the issue was other parts of the process

Professional Installation Your workmen that did the tear-out and installation of the walk-in shower were professionals. The quality of the materials utilized were as your salesman showed us during his sales presentation. My wife and I were pleased with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Premier Home Pros to people that were considering updating their bathroom. However, there is one thing that we are questioning. We requested a "rain shower". The rain shower head was installed but it is so close to the wall that you almost have to lean against the wall to get the rain shower effect. Would it be possible to install a longer pipe to extend the rain shower head? Your response would be appreciated.
