Happy with my dealings with Premier… Happy with my dealings with Premier Homes. Matthew was my sales rep and he was on time, courtesous, listen to my needs and budget. Tom who is the owner was very nice when I decided to cancel doing the one bathroom and doing the other instead. John and Sean(fathers/son) my installers were great. Sean called and said the would be there within 1/2 hour and they were. From the beginning till the end they showed courtesy, professionalism, and worked very hard. Professional Installation Your workmen that did the tear-out and installation of the walk-in shower were professionals. The quality of the materials utilized were as your salesman showed us during his sales presentation. My wife and I were pleased with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Premier Home Pros to people that were considering updating their bathroom. However, there is one thing that we are questioning. We requested a "rain shower". The rain shower head was installed but it is so close to the wall that you almost have to lean against the wall to get the rain shower effect. Would it be possible to install a longer pipe to extend the rain shower head? Your response would be appreciated.

The tub was installed beautifully The tub was installed beautifully, Mickey was our installer and was amazing. We have addressed any issues that have come up and they have done absolutely everything to accommodate us. My dad absolutely loves soaking in the jetted tub, so relaxing. Thanks to all involved. This company should not offer full… This company should not offer full bathroom remodel. We decided to go with a full remodel because the price difference was not that significant, but I am very disappointed with the way it looks. My shower/tub area look great, but the rest of my bathroom looks horrible. It is going to cost me another $5,000 to finish it. Also there was supposed to be a person come out to look it over after it was finished. Had a date, & time set up, & the guy never showed, & never called. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also took way longer then just 2 days to complete.
