New shower start to finish Salesman did a good job selling your product. Joe D. and Brent did a GREAT job installing my shower. No mess in house beginning to end. Kind and courteous.

Professional Installation Your workmen that did the tear-out and installation of the walk-in shower were professionals. The quality of the materials utilized were as your salesman showed us during his sales presentation. My wife and I were pleased with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Premier Home Pros to people that were considering updating their bathroom. However, there is one thing that we are questioning. We requested a "rain shower". The rain shower head was installed but it is so close to the wall that you almost have to lean against the wall to get the rain shower effect. Would it be possible to install a longer pipe to extend the rain shower head? Your response would be appreciated.

Total regret we were never given a rendering of what our shower would look like even after being promised we would and repeated requests. Not enough supplies were sent with installer, Things were not put in to specifications agreed upon, based on where they put the shower curtain we couldn't even use the shower because the curtain didn't touch the top edge. ZERO communication. totally regret using them.

Happy with my dealings with Premier… Happy with my dealings with Premier Homes. Matthew was my sales rep and he was on time, courtesous, listen to my needs and budget. Tom who is the owner was very nice when I decided to cancel doing the one bathroom and doing the other instead. John and Sean(fathers/son) my installers were great. Sean called and said the would be there within 1/2 hour and they were. From the beginning till the end they showed courtesy, professionalism, and worked very hard. The contractors were professional and courteous, getting the job done in a timely manner. We're really pleased with the results. Dylan was my sales rep & walked us through his entire process - Mickey & his team installed the shower (Both did a great job!).
