Scott Witter I E-mailed a Scott Witter about information pertaining to a spa I purchased and within minutes on a Sunday, he called me. In addition, he was very patient and congenial, and answered other questions pertinent to other spas. Finally, I did not expect him to get back with me until next week. This guy is the bomb. He answered all my questions and is just a down to earth gentleman. You folks have a gold mine. Don't lose him!

Poor Customer Service I ordered two products from barefoot spas. I had to reach out to them to see when the items were going to be shipped. Had been a while since I ordered the two products and my account was charged immediately but shipment had not occurred. I emailed to see when barefoot spas was going to mail my package. To date I still have not gotten a response. Finally I received a shipment notice that both items were being shipped. When the package arrived, there was only one of the items ordered. I have called barefoot spas customer service number, which no one answered. I left a message on the recording with my order number, name, phone number and the reason for calling. To date I have not received a return call nor have I received my other product that has been paid for.

Trying to figure out the replacement… Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.

They forgot a few things in my original… They forgot a few things in my original order. I did not receive the Spa Bright and Clear Spa. They did say they would ship it out with my next order when I ordered the pre-filter in which I still did not get nor did I get any sort of tracking information. This has been terrible customer service.

Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job… Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job repairing/Replacing the Balboa Topside panel that went bad very shortly (couple of weeks) after the spa was up and running. They were very helpful in helping us better understand certain features of our spa as well as show us how to remove and clean the fountain strainers that seem need cleaning quite often as they get clogged with hair and debris. We have been enjoying our swim spas and hope to get many many years of use and enjoyment from it. I give this experience. 5 Stars, Purchasing experience 3.5 Stars Delivery experience 2 Stars
