GBFirst time Spa owner We attended a blowout sale in Manassas, VA in January. With in a week we had delivery of our spa. Once we had things up and running, I ran into an issue. I was able to find a Facebook group for owners to see if the issue I had was something I could fix. The sales manager that sold us the spa, responded with in an hour to my post. We had a trouble ticket submitted and new parts ordered with a day or two. The warranty work was quickly scheduled with in a week once I received the parts. So far, excellent service, customer service, and product. Folks need to have a real expectation when making a purchase such as this.

GBDelivery was right on time… boys knew… Delivery was right on time… boys knew just what was going on and absolutely knew how to back the trailer up in a bad spot…. Spa was in excellent condition and they did just as I asked with placement… we’ve had since September and not a single issue… very Happy

GBMy order was incomplete because you… My order was incomplete because you were out of spa bright. The problem is that I had to call to find this out rather than getting an email to let me know this. A quick email or text saying the order for spa bright will come later would be helpful

GBThe ordering and delivery went well The ordering and delivery went well, what I don’t care for is how quickly these cushions start to ooze the coating into my hot tub. This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.

GBThe salesman The salesman, Jason, really made our overall purchase exceptional. He helped us decide which spa we wanted, was a phone call away when I needed additional help and always very kind. We love our spa! Customer service was also exceptional.
