This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. My order was incomplete because you… My order was incomplete because you were out of spa bright. The problem is that I had to call to find this out rather than getting an email to let me know this. A quick email or text saying the order for spa bright will come later would be helpful

A Great Investment The sales staff clearly explained the features of different types of spas. After we made our purchase, the customer support center was able to field questions. The electrician had when installing our hot tub. We’ve used it for six months now and are absolutely delighted with the performance of the tub. It’s easy to operate and very comfortable inside. We are so glad we made this purchase!

I was dealing with one rep and his son butted his way into to our discussion My wife had to tell him to stop interrupting while she was talking. He completed the paperwork for the sale and added in hidden costs without an explanation. Basically happy with my experience and spa Purchase group was friendly but didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Delivery was quick and delivery people were good, the spa is really nice though I’m not used to a spa running constantly my old spa cycled and I’m feeling like that maybe saved energy, time will tell there. Giving a 4 because I did get a quality product at a fair price and when in contact representatives were good to work with.
