I ordered two medium replacement head… I ordered two medium replacement head rests with two prongs. One fit perfectly. The other did not fit as the prongs don't match up and we didn't want to force it on and end up snapping the prongs off. I emailed them and they responded quickly asking for several pictures. They said it appears to be out of alignment and their solution is to bend the head rest or squish it together to make it fit on the prongs. I haven't tried that yet because I am worried it will snap off the prongs.

Spa was in excellent condition and they did just as I asked with placement… we’ve had since September and not a single issue… very Happy

This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.

I was late getting home for my… I was late getting home for my appointment and I thought I had missed my scheduled window. I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

Trying to figure out the replacement… Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.
