I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

I was dealing with one rep and his son butted his way into to our discussion My wife had to tell him to stop interrupting while she was talking. He completed the paperwork for the sale and added in hidden costs without an explanation. The service department and the product are awesome but the representatives on the sales side cost Barefoot a 5 star review

GBVERY very poor customer service VERY very poor customer service. To begin with they sell you a hotub and there's no owner's manual....nothing they don't even have one in print. Ok so after just one year of having the hotub (that we bought brand new) we had to contact Barefoot spa because it stopped heating and it was tripping the ground fault breaker. Barefoot told us it was the control panel that was bad and a new one would cost $380. We got the board from them and the technician that came out told us our board was fine, that it was the heating element that was bad and causing the breaker to trip not the control board. We returned the board to barefoot and and still waiting 3 months later for them to credit us back for it..nothing yet still. DO NOT BUY from these people!!!!

GBTrying to figure out the replacement… Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.

GBA Great Investment The sales staff clearly explained the features of different types of spas. After we made our purchase, the customer support center was able to field questions. The electrician had when installing our hot tub. We’ve used it for six months now and are absolutely delighted with the performance of the tub. It’s easy to operate and very comfortable inside. We are so glad we made this purchase!
