First time Spa owner We attended a blowout sale in Manassas, VA in January. With in a week we had delivery of our spa. Once we had things up and running, I ran into an issue. I was able to find a Facebook group for owners to see if the issue I had was something I could fix. The sales manager that sold us the spa, responded with in an hour to my post. We had a trouble ticket submitted and new parts ordered with a day or two. The warranty work was quickly scheduled with in a week once I received the parts. So far, excellent service, customer service, and product. Folks need to have a real expectation when making a purchase such as this.

barefoot spa 57 LP We purchased the barefoot spa 57 LP hot tub at a Hampton Roads event. It looks great and comfortable. Currently, we are in the process of scheduling and electrician, hence, we have not actually experienced our hot tub, yet. We were extremely happy with the delivery service.

I was late getting home for my… I was late getting home for my appointment and I thought I had missed my scheduled window. I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

Scott Witter I E-mailed a Scott Witter about information pertaining to a spa I purchased and within minutes on a Sunday, he called me. In addition, he was very patient and congenial, and answered other questions pertinent to other spas. Finally, I did not expect him to get back with me until next week. This guy is the bomb. He answered all my questions and is just a down to earth gentleman. You folks have a gold mine. Don't lose him!

Basically happy with my experience and spa Purchase group was friendly but didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Delivery was quick and delivery people were good, the spa is really nice though I’m not used to a spa running constantly my old spa cycled and I’m feeling like that maybe saved energy, time will tell there. Giving a 4 because I did get a quality product at a fair price and when in contact representatives were good to work with.
