The electrician had when installing our hot tub. We’ve used it for six months now and are absolutely delighted with the performance of the tub. It’s easy to operate and very comfortable inside. GBThe ordering and delivery went well The ordering and delivery went well, what I don’t care for is how quickly these cushions start to ooze the coating into my hot tub. This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.
