Delivery was right on time… boys knew… Delivery was right on time… boys knew just what was going on and absolutely knew how to back the trailer up in a bad spot…. Spa was in excellent condition and they did just as I asked with placement… we’ve had since September and not a single issue… very Happy

The ordering and delivery went well The ordering and delivery went well, what I don’t care for is how quickly these cushions start to ooze the coating into my hot tub. This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.

My order was incomplete because you… My order was incomplete because you were out of spa bright. The problem is that I had to call to find this out rather than getting an email to let me know this. A quick email or text saying the order for spa bright will come later would be helpful

Trying to figure out the replacement… Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.
