The spa is excellent Sales Team Not The spa is excellent The sales people cost them 5 stars. I was dealing with one rep and his son butted his way into to our discussion My wife had to tell him to stop interrupting while she was talking. He completed the paperwork for the sale and added in hidden costs without an explanation. The service department and the product are awesome but the representatives on the sales side cost Barefoot a 5 star review

The salesman The salesman, Jason, really made our overall purchase exceptional. He helped us decide which spa we wanted, was a phone call away when I needed additional help and always very kind. We love our spa! Customer service was also exceptional.

I ordered two medium replacement head… I ordered two medium replacement head rests with two prongs. One fit perfectly. The other did not fit as the prongs don't match up and we didn't want to force it on and end up snapping the prongs off. I emailed them and they responded quickly asking for several pictures. They said it appears to be out of alignment and their solution is to bend the head rest or squish it together to make it fit on the prongs. I haven't tried that yet because I am worried it will snap off the prongs.
