A Great Investment The sales staff clearly explained the features of different types of spas. After we made our purchase, the customer support center was able to field questions. The electrician had when installing our hot tub. We’ve used it for six months now and are absolutely delighted with the performance of the tub. It’s easy to operate and very comfortable inside. We are so glad we made this purchase!

I was dealing with one rep and his son butted his way into to our discussion My wife had to tell him to stop interrupting while she was talking. He completed the paperwork for the sale and added in hidden costs without an explanation. They forgot a few things in my original… They forgot a few things in my original order. I did not receive the Spa Bright and Clear Spa. They did say they would ship it out with my next order when I ordered the pre-filter in which I still did not get nor did I get any sort of tracking information. This has been terrible customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

Basically happy with my experience and spa Purchase group was friendly but didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Delivery was quick and delivery people were good, the spa is really nice though I’m not used to a spa running constantly my old spa cycled and I’m feeling like that maybe saved energy, time will tell there. Giving a 4 because I did get a quality product at a fair price and when in contact representatives were good to work with.
