He was wonderful I explained the situation and he told me not to worry that if I didn’t come that he would stand by his product and refund the money, or send another. My wine glass came and it’s beautiful. I will recommend CMpersonalgifts to friends, and will purchase again!

i ordered a hummingbird stemless… i ordered a hummingbird stemless wineglass engraved with my friends name (she loves hummingbirds), i couldnt believe how fast my ordered shipped and arrived!! it was shipped beautifully packed as well! will order again!!!

Personalized wine glass I ordered a personalized stemless wine glass as a Christmas gift. I’m excited to give it to my friend as it was just what I expected and was not disappointed. I paid for expedited mail as with all that’s going on in 2020 I didn’t want to take any chances of not getting it in time. It arrived in plenty of time, well packaged and perfect. I am very pleased with CM Personal Gifts and would certainly order from them again.

Great Customer Service!! I have to say this company went above and beyond. They sent the wrong item. I called and e mailed. I received an e mail telling me that they would send out the corrected item. I actually received it the next day. This is definitely a company that cares about their customer’s satisfaction!
