When my glass arrived it had shattered in shipping. i emailed them sent a picture and they sent out a replacement that i received in record time. I was so impressed. No one seems to care anymore about doing the right thing and they out did themselves. Would highly recommend.

Personalized wine glass I ordered a personalized stemless wine glass as a Christmas gift. I’m excited to give it to my friend as it was just what I expected and was not disappointed. I paid for expedited mail as with all that’s going on in 2020 I didn’t want to take any chances of not getting it in time. It arrived in plenty of time, well packaged and perfect.
