Quality The glass was actually good quality. I was afraid it was going to feel like the cheap plastic ones and was pleasantly surprised. It was a last-minute gift, and it got here extremely fast. The text was clearly visible, and the package came well protected.

He was wonderful I explained the situation and he told me not to worry that if I didn’t come that he would stand by his product and refund the money, or send another. When my glass arrived it had shattered in shipping. i emailed them sent a picture and they sent out a replacement that i received in record time. I was so impressed. No one seems to care anymore about doing the right thing and they out did themselves. Would highly recommend.
