GBGetting Filters Great, Instructions Could Bo Better I needed a set of replacement filters and an RO membrane for my household unit. Aquabelle responded promptly to my inquiry about which ones to order, and they also filled the order promptly and shipped it free of charge. That's very good service in my book. Having only done one filter replacement before, and never a membrane replacement, I would have liked some more detailed instructions. The filters came with instructions, but the membrane did not. Also, I was not sure about what to look for in turning the system back on and what specific steps to follow. Fortunately they were again responsive to my email, and referred me to a video online that walked me through the membrane replacement steps. All worked out well turning the system back on. Including the membrane instructions and restart instructions with my order would be a good improvement for the do-it-yourselfer.

GBdiverter valve replacement I had the diverter valve on my countertop water filter go bad. Since the store from which I bought it, did not have it, I went online for a replacement part. The CSR was very helpful and I received the part within 3 days. Thank you

GBRefill subscritions? We love the filters and have for many years! One thing would improve the experience or ordering: We would like to subscribe to auto-shipments or an email reminder when it's time to replace our 2 filters. Thank you for the great service and products!
