GBArrived quickly! Installed easily! Works great! I have been hearing more and more about the things that are in our water supply. My town has decent water but I still worry about what may lurk in what we drink (and the food we consume). I purchased the #U40L and it came in a few days. I’m not a plumber by trade but following the simple directions made it easy. I put a reminder in my phone for when to buy/replace the cartridge. (Do yourself a favor and make sure you apply Teflon tape to EVERY appropriate connection before installing). Now my sister has asked me to install the same setup in her kitchen faucet. GBEffective and affordable! We have had the countertop filter for lead and parasites for 6 years now and just loaded the 4th 2-year filter in! Each time I replace it, I’m happy to see that the interior of the device looks clean, and frankly the water still tasted good, but it does flow a bit faster with the new filter. This is so much better and more cost-effective than all the “cheaper” faucet filters I could find in stores. Very pleased to have it, though I do dream of upgrading to an under sink model at some point.

GBdiverter valve replacement I had the diverter valve on my countertop water filter go bad. Since the store from which I bought it, did not have it, I went online for a replacement part. The CSR was very helpful and I received the part within 3 days. Thank you
