Hassle free returns & great customer service I recently purchased bathroom faucets (Hansgrohe Metris C), Undermount Sinks (Kohler Ladena), and a shower system (Hansgrohe Raindance) for my bathroom remodel from them. Ordering the faucet over the internet… Ordering the faucet over the internet was a pleasure. The product came in as promised and worked as described in the description. It was installed within an hour. This included, turning off the water, removing the old faucet, installing the new faucet, turning on the water and putting all tools away. After a couple of weeks the faucet is still working. It also has a lifetime warranty.
