GBOrdering the faucet over the internet… Ordering the faucet over the internet was a pleasure. The product came in as promised and worked as described in the description. It was installed within an hour. This included, turning off the water, removing the old faucet, installing the new faucet, turning on the water and putting all tools away. After a couple of weeks the faucet is still working. It also has a lifetime warranty.

GBShipment came to the house undamaged Shipment came to the house undamaged. However, with the tub faucet assembly, item "J" (alignment pin) was missing from the Moen faucet box. This is not the fault of Hausera. However, I would have expected more from Moen.

GBI’m really happy with my new kitchen… I’m really happy with my new kitchen faucet, it hasn’t been installed yet but looks really nice , good quality, it arrived on the date that I was told it would .
