During the installation we found that there was an issue with the finish of the shower valve cover plate. They replaced the entire valve kit without a hassle. I have not received it and no one knows where it is. Why don't you choose a carrier who will actually DELIVER the product to the customers door. Now...I am out of $137 and no way to hold anyone accountable, since you provide no option to insure the order.
