Hassle free returns & great customer service I recently purchased bathroom faucets (Hansgrohe Metris C), Undermount Sinks (Kohler Ladena), and a shower system (Hansgrohe Raindance) for my bathroom remodel from them. Prices were reasonable after a 10% discount. Shipping was quick and everything arrived intact and on time. During the installation we found that there was an issue with the finish of the shower valve cover plate. They replaced the entire valve kit without a hassle. The shopping experience at your company… The shopping experience at your company was fine. But the product was not what I expected. I was looking for the older style K-4652-A-O Toilet Seat from approx. 15 years ago which was a lot better product and more comfortable to sit on.

Ordering the faucet over the internet… Ordering the faucet over the internet was a pleasure. The product came in as promised and worked as described in the description. It was installed within an hour. This included, turning off the water, removing the old faucet, installing the new faucet, turning on the water and putting all tools away. After a couple of weeks the faucet is still working. It also has a lifetime warranty.
