Ordering the faucet over the internet… Ordering the faucet over the internet was a pleasure. The product came in as promised and worked as described in the description. It was installed within an hour. This included, turning off the water, removing the old faucet, installing the new faucet, turning on the water and putting all tools away. After a couple of weeks the faucet is still working. It also has a lifetime warranty.

Towel bars and ring to update our bathroom fixtures Purchased a 24" towel bar, a 24" double-towel bar and a towel ring, to replace the ones in our bathroom. Love the brushed nickel. Very well made bars and ring. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Delta Faucet purchase. I purchased a Delta faucet w/o sprayer attachment not realizing that I could not use my existing sprayer. After receiving the purchase I needed to return and then purchase the faucet with matching side prayer. The sales person on the phone was very friendly and helpful and so we completed the order and within 4 days (over a weekend) I received the replacement and have been very happy with it. It was installed today. The entire process was positive and I will be using Hausera again in the future.
