Hassle free returns & great customer service I recently purchased bathroom faucets (Hansgrohe Metris C), Undermount Sinks (Kohler Ladena), and a shower system (Hansgrohe Raindance) for my bathroom remodel from them. Prices were reasonable after a 10% discount. Shipping was quick and everything arrived intact and on time. During the installation we found that there was an issue with the finish of the shower valve cover plate. They replaced the entire valve kit without a hassle. We are very happy with the customer service and will shop here again.

I’m really happy with my new kitchen… I’m really happy with my new kitchen faucet, it hasn’t been installed yet but looks really nice , good quality, it arrived on the date that I was told it would .

Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued… Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued at factory, however Hausera had them available! We really wanted to get the same type since only the spray head went bad and I only want to replace that part for now. I now have a whole new faucet when/if the main unit needs repair. It was also less expensive than the original cost I paid from Kohler.

I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle… I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle for my faucet. You shipped it via UPS. UPS then delivered it to the local USPS last Thursday, 3-26. I have not received it and no one knows where it is. Why don't you choose a carrier who will actually DELIVER the product to the customers door. Now...I am out of $137 and no way to hold anyone accountable, since you provide no option to insure the order.
