Pretty perfect Everything went great. Came in a timely fashion. One part showed up a few days late but customer service was awesome and we got it resolved. Highly recommend their services. Plus everything was delivered no damages. Always something to be said for that.

Updated review UPDATE: as soon as I posted my review a representative of Hausera reached out to me to resolve the issue. They expedited another tub to me just in time for our remodel, which is currently underway! The tub is gorgeous and I thought it was great that the company resolved my issue so quickly and without question. So happy I can update this review with good new! ——————————————- I hope to update this review soon but I never received a tracking number after I received confirmation of my purchase. My husband called to see how long the item would take to arrive since we need it for a bathroom remodel, we were told 5-6 business days. It’s been 11 days and still no update, he called again for an update and was given the tracking number. Now we have to try and track our VERY expensive purchase down through UPS. Not really happy at the moment and our bathroom remodel is scheduled to start next week!

Delta Faucet purchase. I purchased a Delta faucet w/o sprayer attachment not realizing that I could not use my existing sprayer. After receiving the purchase I needed to return and then purchase the faucet with matching side prayer. The sales person on the phone was very friendly and helpful and so we completed the order and within 4 days (over a weekend) I received the replacement and have been very happy with it. It was installed today. The entire process was positive and I will be using Hausera again in the future.
