Shipment came to the house undamaged Shipment came to the house undamaged. However, with the tub faucet assembly, item "J" (alignment pin) was missing from the Moen faucet box. This is not the fault of Hausera. However, I would have expected more from Moen.

Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued… Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued at factory, however Hausera had them available! We really wanted to get the same type since only the spray head went bad and I only want to replace that part for now. I now have a whole new faucet when/if the main unit needs repair. It was also less expensive than the original cost I paid from Kohler.

I’m really happy with my new kitchen… I’m really happy with my new kitchen faucet, it hasn’t been installed yet but looks really nice , good quality, it arrived on the date that I was told it would .

The shopping experience at your company… The shopping experience at your company was fine. But the product was not what I expected. I was looking for the older style K-4652-A-O Toilet Seat from approx. 15 years ago which was a lot better product and more comfortable to sit on.
