Terrible customer support and questionable quality I'm hoping this review pushes mgmt to instruct their sales ppl to actually respond to issues and complaints. I dealt with Christian Pistella and sent multiple emails, texts and pictures regarding cracked face frames, short drawer rails and even racked install + screws that heads sheared off without ANY response. He just flat out didn't respond. I couldn't even get decent instructions on knee drawer assembly because no one is an installer there...they're just sales people! I'm not sure of the quality of the product, however I can speak to the assembly and is not up to my standards. I'd love to share pictures but I can't on this forum. I suppose BBB is also an avenue.

Good experience! Had a good experience with Wholesale Cabinets. Dealing with our designer rep, James, was a breeze. Cabinets were ordered and shipped in the estimated time he gave me. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Only recommendation is make sure you order absolutely everything you need for your project as shipping can be expensive.

Outstanding Designers… We were waiting on some measurements from our contractor so we could get our order placed before your 50% off Black Friday sale ended. We were working with designer Sara Smalls, and she went above and beyond ito be patient with us while we were waiting and then finished the design on the last day to help us take advantage of the sale . She did an amazing job and we look forward to working with her again

huge help for DIY This is a first for us, Christian was the best when he turned the Elementary school drawing into the perfect blueprint of my kitchen. then showed us the cabinets i chose in my actual kitchen it was so cool seeing it and he was very professional and helpful thank you Christian.

We love Wholesale Cabinets Well, I have been using these cabinets on most of my new builds. I have been happy with the construction of these cabs and the pricing fits our budgets. My favorite thing about Wholesale Cabinets is Lynisha Fergerson, our sales rep. She never disappoints with regards to her knowledge of their product and design. She is also so very wonderful to work with. She makes it so easy for us and we really appreciate it! I highly recommend Lynisha and Wholesale Cabinets. ~Sean Stevens Spence Developments Inc spencedevelopments.com
