Good experience! Had a good experience with Wholesale Cabinets. Dealing with our designer rep, James, was a breeze. Cabinets were ordered and shipped in the estimated time he gave me. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Only recommendation is make sure you order absolutely everything you need for your project as shipping can be expensive.

Terrible customer support and questionable quality I'm hoping this review pushes mgmt to instruct their sales ppl to actually respond to issues and complaints. I dealt with Christian Pistella and sent multiple emails, texts and pictures regarding cracked face frames, short drawer rails and even racked install + screws that heads sheared off without ANY response. He just flat out didn't respond. I couldn't even get decent instructions on knee drawer assembly because no one is an installer there...they're just sales people! I'm not sure of the quality of the product, however I can speak to the assembly and is not up to my standards. I'd love to share pictures but I can't on this forum. I suppose BBB is also an avenue.
