The most pleasant surprise!!! We ordered out 55" cabinet by phone, after viewing item in their Miami showroom. It arrived about an hour ago, in Delray Beach. Thomas, who delivered our cabinet was fantastic! He kept us apprised of his location and approximate time of delivery. When he arrived, without being asked, he placed it in our garage, and to my great surprise, opened every box, to show us that everything we ordered was not only there, but in perfect condition. He was very pleasant and most accommodating. I wasn't looking forward to this delivery, as they are not always as expected. This delivery was a pleasure, and I'm sure to do business with Home Design Center again, as well as proudly recommending them

Easy online store front, poor customer follow up Easy online store front to handle purchase. Item was listed as in stock, but then part of order was on back-order. Didn't find out to later. When told it was on back-order (through email), I asked for estimated ship date (by email response) and no response (by email or phone) for several days until I had to finally call. Once called and talked to someone, still no answer.

I was searching for a vanity with a… I was searching for a vanity with a quartz top which I had trouble finding until I found home design in Secaucus. They offered custom fabrication for all of their bathroom vanities. They had the top fabricated and delivered my order free of charge within a week!!! I was surprised when I got a call to state my order was ready. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I recommend this place to everyone!

Great experience! Everything went very well, ordered the vanity, someone called the very next day to go over our order and said it would arrive in about a week. It arrived in 7 days, the driver was very nice, vanity packaged well and in great shape. No hassles, no delays, no problems. This is very important when doing a renovation. It's never easy but Home Design Outlet Center was great, would definitely recommend them to friends.

Damaged goods and horrible service I recieved a crate full of damaged goods that came from the manufacturer and the shipping company. Spent a lot of money for this merchandise. Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.
