Quick delivery! My bathroom vanity arrived within one week and in great condition. I suggest that the company send an order confirmation via email. I never received one and wasn't sure if my order went through. Luckily, i received a phone call from the freight company in a few days and my vanity was delivered quickly.

Vanity was received damaged When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.

When told it was on back-order (through email), I asked for estimated ship date (by email response) and no response (by email or phone) for several days until I had to finally call. Once called and talked to someone, still no answer.

Great experience! Everything went very well, ordered the vanity, someone called the very next day to go over our order and said it would arrive in about a week. It arrived in 7 days, the driver was very nice, vanity packaged well and in great shape. No hassles, no delays, no problems. This is very important when doing a renovation. It's never easy but Home Design Outlet Center was great, would definitely recommend them to friends.

The most pleasant surprise!!! We ordered out 55" cabinet by phone, after viewing item in their Miami showroom. It arrived about an hour ago, in Delray Beach. Thomas, who delivered our cabinet was fantastic! He kept us apprised of his location and approximate time of delivery. When he arrived, without being asked, he placed it in our garage, and to my great surprise, opened every box, to show us that everything we ordered was not only there, but in perfect condition. He was very pleasant and most accommodating. I wasn't looking forward to this delivery, as they are not always as expected. This delivery was a pleasure, and I'm sure to do business with Home Design Center again, as well as proudly recommending them
