USCustomer service and super fast delivery was fabulous!!!!! First of all I have to admit that customer service and delivery was fabulous!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

USVanity was received damaged When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.

USDamaged goods and horrible service I recieved a crate full of damaged goods that came from the manufacturer and the shipping company. Spent a lot of money for this merchandise. Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.

USBest Customer Service! I walked into the Miami show room and was instantly greeted by the sales associates. They answered all the questions I had and also helped me decide what vanity to choose from since their broad variety of vanities were all so beautiful. I would most definitely recommend this Outlet Center without hesitation, they are great!

USMisleading information regarding availability When placing an order online the website should state the actual ETA not tell you that an item is in stock with an eta that is 3-5 business days out, only to call you once you place an order to try to sell you a different item because the item you wanted is on back-order for another two weeks. If an item is on back-order the website should state that. Instead, the website states "in stock".
