GBGreat experience! Everything went very well, ordered the vanity, someone called the very next day to go over our order and said it would arrive in about a week. It arrived in 7 days, the driver was very nice, vanity packaged well and in great shape. No hassles, no delays, no problems. This is very important when doing a renovation. It's never easy but Home Design Outlet Center was great, would definitely recommend them to friends.

GBMisleading information regarding availability When placing an order online the website should state the actual ETA not tell you that an item is in stock with an eta that is 3-5 business days out, only to call you once you place an order to try to sell you a different item because the item you wanted is on back-order for another two weeks. If an item is on back-order the website should state that. Instead, the website states "in stock".
