They offered custom fabrication for all of their bathroom vanities. They had the top fabricated and delivered my order free of charge within a week!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

Damaged goods and horrible service I recieved a crate full of damaged goods that came from the manufacturer and the shipping company. Spent a lot of money for this merchandise. Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.
