I was searching for a vanity with a… I was searching for a vanity with a quartz top which I had trouble finding until I found home design in Secaucus. They offered custom fabrication for all of their bathroom vanities. They had the top fabricated and delivered my order free of charge within a week!!! I was surprised when I got a call to state my order was ready. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I recommend this place to everyone!

Damaged goods and horrible service I recieved a crate full of damaged goods that came from the manufacturer and the shipping company. Spent a lot of money for this merchandise. Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.

Misleading information regarding availability When placing an order online the website should state the actual ETA not tell you that an item is in stock with an eta that is 3-5 business days out, only to call you once you place an order to try to sell you a different item because the item you wanted is on back-order for another two weeks. If an item is on back-order the website should state that. Instead, the website states "in stock".

Customer service and super fast delivery was fabulous!!!!! First of all I have to admit that customer service and delivery was fabulous!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

great customer service From what he moment you walk in to the final stages of your project they are there to help with a smile. Issues are resolved without greed and taken care of immediately. We just finished our master bath and we bought our vanity, counter fixture from them and will defintely buy from them when we the rest of our baths.
