Email said product shipped from … Email said product shipped from warehouse in NV 10 days ago and then i get a email saying its now shipped from BC. It's only produce ties it should not be a large package I was expecting much better delivery time. Still waiting hope to see it soon could've really used them this coming weekend.

I really like the quality and selection … I really like the quality and selection of products they have. My issue is with Shipping pricing. I purchased a decorating bag for $3.99. It came in a padded envelope and was charged $18 for shipping. I also was able to get a product Hubert makes but purchased it through Amazon because after shipping was included each of my 6 items were $13 less a piece through Amazon (even though the product shipped to us directly from Hubert).

I rarely ever have a problem with … I rarely ever have a problem with Hubert and if I ever do, they always make it right. The customer service team at Hubert is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend there services!!

Can be a little difficult at times trying to find items by using their search box, but you can always call and the customer service support will find the item you are looking to order. it would be a nice feature if they could show company discounts on the items. I may purchase more items if I knew at the beginning that I was staying within my budget.

Products are always exactly what they are by description and quality standards. I am kept informed of shipment status and always know exactly what to expect.
