GBAfter doing business with Hubert for … After doing business with Hubert for over 8 years, I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with them. Products are always exactly what they are by description and quality standards. I am kept informed of shipment status and always know exactly what to expect.

CABe very careful dealing with Hubert I ordered from them on March 22 2023. Some stands and baskets for baguettes. I had just been burned using another company so when ordering from a company I make sure I record taking note of every promise. I dealt with employee 705. She simply made promises for delivery of when I would receive the products with a statement that she had put a rush on the order. I was also told if I did not receive a tracking number to call back. Well 3 days went by and no tracking number. I went to the invoice number and found it riddled with errors. The employee got my business name wrong, my address wrong and the kicker for me (the reason I canceled my order) was because the box that states rush or not was marked “no”. There were too many errors to be a coincidence so I listened to the conversation again and I was very careful when giving her the info spelling things phonetically W as in William and repeating things. I was dead tired when I ordered as it’s a new business and lots of work with little sleep and you could hear it in the conversation but I was polite so I can’t really imagine why a clerk would be malicious in this way however I do get the feeling of being messed with. Perhaps because I told her I needed to make sure the order arrived within the time frame I needed it by. Anyways, I canceled the order the first thing on the 27th and now they still haven’t processed my refund. The reason I’m posting the review is because employee 705 stated they were planning on getting to it on Monday the 3rd. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. All I can say is, every worker I spoke to sounded disgruntled and I my guess is the working culture within the company is not a healthy one. My suggestion is do not deal with them. They don’t deserve your business.

GBHubert has great customer service and … Hubert has great customer service and most of the time the have what you need and if they don't they go find it. If every company had your customer service where you can talk to someone right away, not put on hold or have to hit a number of button before you hear a live voice. it would help in what is provided. Please keep up your great customer service...

GBAmazing company! The website is super easy to navigate and they honestly have everything you need for the kitchen! Not just for commercial but for personal kitchens as well! They shipped my order that same week and it arrived in a timely matter! This is my second time buying from them and I won't hesitate to buy from them again!! Great service and great products!!

GBHidden discounts I order through a corporate account for my store. There is always a product discount (not tied to volume discounts) and cheaper shipping cost after placing my order. I am very pleased with the lower cost, but it is a bit frustrating when shopping for better prices. I wish there was a clearer view of the corporate level discounts that are applied to these accounts. Other than that issue, the ordering system is excellent and easy to use. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful.
