Great customer care provided Great customer care provided. Our initial hot tub was lost due to freight carrier issues. I was quickly helped and received my spa shortly thereafter.

The hot tub was broken when it got here… The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows
