I feel it was smaller than the dimensions stated and definitely cannot fit 5 people as stated on the specifications. It is 3 people, max! I would not purchase this again. Instead of blaming the customer, maybe clarify on your website. Additionally, the return process is a huge pain! We will be upgrading this small tub down the road, but not with AquaLife given the experience & response.
