Kitchenmagic rocks Kitchenmagic did everything right. They gave us lots of choices for our countertop, helpful advice to make the decision as to which type to choose, and gave us a great price. They were on time, professional, did a wonderful job and finished exactly when they said they would. No surprises. A really nice experience. Our granite countertop looks fantastic. We would use them again without hesitation.

Best results Ever I did a lot of research over several years, Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and private contractors. Met with Kitchen Magic 2x in 3 years, and became convinced they were the best quality, with the best price for my budget. No hard sell, just good info from salesmen. The installers were true craftsman and when I changed a few things, after completion (extra drawers, doors, different hinges) things you never thought of with the initial plan. no problem. I will and have recommended them highly. A year later I love it! And they actually gave me more storage space in the same footprint. Poor Quality Kitchen Cabinet Laminate Company I have had numerous problems with my kitchen cabinet renovation project with Kitchen Magic. I've had several delays (2 months) due to receiving the wrong size doors due to the bad measurements and was shipped the wrong style (cabinet door) glass. If you are an existing customer, good luck trying to reach the warranty department or any live body when calling. I always have to select #2 for new customer inquiries to reach a representative. The warranty department has only responded to me by email. I have had multiple issues with the quality of the laminate and cabinet doors. You get a limited one year warranty on labor, after that customers are charged a $300.00 labor fee for each claim. The laminate on the doors and cabinets are peeling, cracking and chipping. Kitchen Magic use low quality laminate which leave customers stuck with having to pay their high service charges to repair or replace any laminate that's damaged. It would have been more cost effective to get my cabinets professionally painted than to laminate them with poor quality "laminate" materials that's falling apart after one year.

Kitchen Magic a Really Unwise Choice Kitchen Magic remodeled our kitchen not quite 10 years ago. We were told by the salesman that the doors were solid and that everything was guaranteed for life. Now that the paper is peeling off those solid doors as well as some of the framework, they tell us that our warranty was only for 5 years. The material has been discontinued, and there is nothing they can do for us short of redoing the whole thing, at our cost. We went forward on good faith, and their misrepresentations have now cost us thousands of dollars.
