There was some trouble at the beginning… There was some trouble at the beginning with the courier company being EVRI (previously known as Hermes) but after that was changed to Royal mail, I’ve got my parcel. It’s a nice bit of kit and the hose & stones I got in the bundle have come in useful. I brought this item because I wanted to improve the pressure in my shower, but to be honest this shower head hasn’t really change the pressure much. I should really preface by saying I have an electric shower, and that might actually be the real issue. The water is definitely smoother though and feels really nice to touch.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY So we were very excited to receive our new shower head kit. We waited and it came eventually bit slow, but tracking number provided which was good. Upon opening the box the first concern was the quality, very poor. Almost unfinished in parts, the plastic didnt seem to knit very well together. We thought lets not judge a book by its cover and give it a go, but Oh My Word what a disappointing experience, if the head was not at the exact right angle the water didnt come through the spray holes just ran straight out of the head. Decided that we had no option but to return as per their literature, messaged, again, again, again automated response. Then finally a glimmer of hope a response, this was a query from them as to whether my shower was electric, reply....wait...wait..wait. Nothing. The silence is deafening, i have asked for a return address to process a return and refund...silence. So it looks like small claims court for me, what a horrendous product and non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY

Only regret is not buying one earlier I'd been eyeing up Stone Stream for ages as my old shower was so bad I'd have probably washed my hair better in the rain. It was a bit of a wait for delivery, especially as it turned out I needed a new hose as well. Once I had the whole kit though the difference was amazing. The three settings add a bit of novelty, I can actually get my long thick hair clean, and the water even feels hotter somehow. I just wish I'd bought one earlier!

I love our new stonestream shower head I love our new shower head. Ordered the shower head, hose and suction holder. It has surpassed expectations. It's like standing under gentle hot rain, I love it. Paid through Clearpay so I didn't have a big hit all at once just before Christmas. Will order the hard water filter once I have paid off a few bits. Definitely a worthwhile purchase
