Customer Service - On Point Customer service was exceptional, delivery was ok. Drivers never want to wait while customers inspect delivered items. But I forced him to sit tight. He knew he was supposed to wait but I never met a delivery person who was not in a rush to get away :). Im anxious to see my fantastic sink installed in the next week.

good service but couldn’t get the model I really wanted I would give the actual order I made a five star review. However, the tub I really wanted to order was two months out so I needed to pick a different tub that I was less interested in.

excellent customer service and great looking product a bit of confusion up front related to some product details, but excellent customer service follow through to resolve the issue and get our order shipped. more great customer service followed after the original shipment was damaged in transit. the product ordered (sink) looks beautiful and we can't wait to get it installed.

I spent a lot of time searching for perfect resin tub I spent a lot of time searching for a resin stand alone bathtub in matte finish. Covid 19 hit and showrooms closed. I was able to talk with ADM and order our tub through them site unseen. The tub arrived perfectly and quickly. I think I am also going to order a resin stool to match and go in my large shower. They have a large variety of tubs and sinks and I am excited to have mine!! They make a beautiful product!!
